Welcome from the Headmaster

Welcome to Kitebrook, a school where education is measured not just in academic achievements, but in muddy boots, laughter, confidence, and the genuine joy of childhood.

As Head, it is a privilege to lead a community that firmly believes school should be an adventure. Nestled in our beautiful Cotswold countryside, Kitebrook offers a rare and precious environment where children are given the space, time, and freedom to truly be children.

We hold fast to the belief that young minds thrive best when academic excellence goes hand-in-hand with outdoor exploration. Whether our pupils are solving complex problems in the classroom, building dens in the woods, or performing on stage, we foster an atmosphere where curiosity is sparked and individuality is celebrated. We want our children to climb trees, test their limits, make mistakes, and support one another, growing into happy, resilient, kind, and grounded young people.

Our size allows us to know every single child deeply, their unique quirks, passions, and potential. We balance traditional values of manners, kindness, and hard work with a forward-thinking curriculum that prepares our pupils for the modern world, without ever rushing them through their formative years.

Kitebrook is more than just a school; it is a warm, vibrant family where memories are made and lifelong foundations are built. I warmly invite you to visit us and discover firsthand the magic of a Kitebrook education.

With best wishes,

Mr Tim Knapp
